1. They did charge our card for a deposit, instead of just having the card # on file in case we did damage, so that was a surprise, I'm not used to having the card actually run, but no big deal.

4. First off the parking was really expensive and we were told we could valet the car but we couldn't find him, nor were we pointed in the right direction so we were forced to park it ourselves (not a big deal).
