1. The remodeling has been done well, and while the rooms are not large, ours had a sofa and chair as well as an alcove with a desk.

2. It was a redisigned room and aside from the tiny bathrooms and the decontented remodeled kitchen (no more full sized regfrig and two burner stove) it was much more pleasant and the new paint, furniture and kitchen were aesthticly pleasing.

There are so many pros with this hotel:- The location can't be beat - right across the street from Penn Station- The rooms were recently remodeled and the decor is gorgeous (modern chic)- The bed is probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in- Philosophy products in the bathroom - LOVEHowever, there is such a huge con that I couldn't rate it higher than 2 stars.
