1. Our room was tiny & at first I thought our window might have been broken as there was a cold draft that was coming in that would give you the chills & the noise levels from outside was like the window was actually open.

10. 1)Renovation noise - quite noisy at the moment2) Have to pay for wi-fi3) If something is broken in your room and they haven't renovated that room yet, then it probably won't be fixed - my washing line in the bathroom was one such thing.
