1. If I may give management some feed back I would suggest the linens should be replaced as on our first night I noticed some of the sheets in our room had holes worn through them.

2. I do have have to say the staff is always very pleasant and accomodating, but the furniture, in the lounge especially could use an update, it's looking a bit dingy and worn.

6. I'll be sticking with The Michelangelo from now on, which not only has a much better location than the Elysee for theater and major attractions, but has a staff that actually makes you feel welcome, and 'old hotel' charm without being tired or worn out.

8. The hallways and decor is a little worn and dated, but very clean and tidy - there is only one small elevator and you have to wait sometimes for it to get to you - but not unbearable.
