3. When we asked about the noise, the hotel offered to move us to another room - we declined because we had already unpacked and didn't want the hassle - but they were VERY accommodating about this issue.

4. The major con: the elevator, which several times took so long to reach us and then was full when it finally did, that we were forced to walk the stairs many times - not a hassle normally but definitely a hassle with a 5-month-old baby and a stroller.
