1. The only downside to the trip was the unbearable humidity in New York, and I can't blame the hotel for that.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days whilst visiting New York, very nice hotel and good value for money,staff very helpful, it was our wedding anniversary and were presented with some prosecco and chocolates which was a nice touch, bed comfy, and decor nice, full of lovely antiques and beautiful floral displays, only downside there was only one lift which was quite slow, and wished there had been a bar in hotel, also didn,t really enjoy the continental breakfast, and one morning it was so busy we had to sit in the foyer, people were saying that this was quite unusual, but overall had a good nights sleep and would recommend this hotel very reasonably priced for New York.

9. The one downside of the hotel (which I think is common to many New York buildings) was the periodic 'clanking' of the heating unit in the room related to the pipework ; also, the walls could be a bit thin though in my case I did not have any noisy neighbours.
