1. It's not a problem during the weekend but beware if you are a light sleeper staying at Hotel Elysee during the week.

2. And whilst there is a down side to staying mid town in terms of restaurant close by - with the price of taxis so low, a trip up to Soho for dinner most nights was not a problem.

5. I assume that carpets are replaced by now but a slightly more considerate approach by the hotel replacing not at end of afternoon would have been more appropriate (and different response from front desk stating that 'room checked out late so we have to replace carpet know': is that my problem?.

6. The basic problem was that the in room air con units were old, they need replacing with new units, then the problem would be solved.

8. We did have a problem with our door keys a couple of times and this was taken care of very quickly.

9. We were untroubled by the elevator and had no internet problems using our iPad or the hotel's computer and printer.

10. There is a hotel computer you can use to print stuff on the second floor, but it did not work, and the staff said it often had problems and was plagued with viruses.
