2. Also where did they hide the bottle opener ? Staff was very pleasant , I hated the look of the breakfast 'buffet ' and ate elsewhere , the monkey bar was very pleasnat and food was quite good.

5. There is only one thing I hated about this hotel and that was there was only one lift and it was incredibly slow, some times it can take up to 10 minutes to even get in and down to the lobby.
