4. Tired rooms with shabby carpets, TV's that barely worked, air conditioning that was next to useless, windows that did nothing to keep the street noise out of the rooms and a faint smell that was suspiciously like old puke.

5. I find it difficult to rate a hotel with four stars when the rooms have dirty carpets,a 1980s 32' tube television, boasting 'aveda'products and instead having some generic brand of toiletries that left me and my childrens hair smelling like wet dog.
