1. They might be more expensive, but the area is extremely loud and the building is anything but sound proof, so a high floor gives you some insulation at least.

5. The 2 cheaper rooms booked for the teenage kids were bigger, cleaner and had lounges, the more expensive and higher room for parents was smaller, grubby, no sitting area and in need of major renovation.
