1. It's in Murray Hill which is far enough away from the madness of Times Square and Soho, but close enough to major landmarks like Macy's, Empire State, and our fave.

5. We were able to walk absolutely everywhere and it was great to be slightly away from the madness of Times Square, whenever we walked through there we said it was nice how calm our street was in comparison.

10. It's clean, quiet, functional (you could cook a turkey in the kitchen if you'd like, though that may be a little much) in a good neighbourhood away from the madness of Times Square.
