7. Did not sleep allnight due to 8 lane highway -asked for another room next morning-worked out only to find out that room to the yard has the effect of a sound funnel - kids very loud outside in the middle of the night, garbage pickup early in the morning almost made us fall out of bed.

9. The tv when you turn it on is VERY loud in the morning as the volume AUTOMATICALLY goes VERY HIGH and there is NO way to do anything about this even if you turn the volume all the way down before you go to bed the night before.

10. Beware it seems on Saturday nights before Seahawk home games it can be quite loud and crowded in the halls, and there was no security of any kind that I noticed operating, elevators are pretty loud at night on the weekends and a party kind of atmosphere somewhat happens.
