The biggest
issue
was that when the sleeper was pulled out (which for us was the whole time) there was no room for the chair to be moved around at the desk.

It is located on a rather busy and grimy street but if that's not an
issue
, Seattle City Center is just a block away and Belltown/Downtown is a 10-15 walk or shorter bus ride in.
