2. The pool was small and quite cold; we paid an additional $10 a nite for underground secure parking but our car was still broken into (although the hotel did wave our fees for that night); the ""gift shop"" is a very small corner with basically nothing but some chocolate bars and chips.

6. Perhaps it will be better after the remodel is complete, but there are many things that require attention, such as broken ice machines and stairwells full of debris, including food on the floor.
