1. My only complaint is that on the 6th floor there are smoking rooms in the same hall as non smoking, but my room itself did not smell like smoke.

3. About 5 minutes later, a security gaurd came up and told them that he had a complaint and proceeded to tell them that people complain all the time about nothing and shaked their hands and left while the drunk guys were still out in the hallway(and in front of my room).
