1. We will certainly be back and have no hesitations to recommend this hotel to any one who is interested, disregard the complainers , no doubt not much will please them on any given day.

3. We got 1 night parking off after we complained but that shouldn't have happened.

4. About 5 minutes later, a security gaurd came up and told them that he had a complaint and proceeded to tell them that people complain all the time about nothing and shaked their hands and left while the drunk guys were still out in the hallway(and in front of my room).
