1. Unfortunately, if you are expecting Pike Place to be easily accessible, along with shopping in the central business district, you will be staying at the wrong hotel.

6. Rather than working to assure us and correct the problem the valet staff try to tell us we had the wrong valet ticket and never apologized when they realized they were incorrect and eventually found the car after 30 minutes.

7. Front desk stated that the hotel was at its full capacity and they could not provide us with a courtesy room to spend the night, therefore; we had to wait for the maintenace guy to come back from his home, at that time of the night , and see what was wrong with the door lock.
