6. negative:Not centrally located, you need shuttle to go downtown - you need to spend at least $20 per day for the shuttle's drivers tips ($5 each way) - otherwise you don't feel comfortable - trust me, The hotel is closed by the port and train station, I woke up couple times during my sleep because of the horn that were coming from the train or the boat.
