1. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the major downtown attractions, but they offer a free shuttle every 30 minutes so the distance is not a problem at all.

9. Rather than working to assure us and correct the problem the valet staff try to tell us we had the wrong valet ticket and never apologized when they realized they were incorrect and eventually found the car after 30 minutes.
