1. The lobby was welcoming and they have a shuttle to downtown so no parking hassles await you when you tromp into the city.

2. The hotel has a shuttle (free) that can drop you off and pick you up (you have to arrange both) from downtown, which is nice, but again requires making arrangements = hassle/waiting.
