1. The only downside is out of the control of the hotel; the noise of trains and ships can be loud during the night.

7. My only concerns were about the location (multiple cab drivers told us nicely not to walk around the area in the evening) and the noise youcan hear when your neighbor leaves their room.

8. For light sleepers, it may be difficult to rest as there is some train noise, traffic and possible noise from Safeco Field right next door (although we were there on a game night and were not bothered by any noise).
