1. But if you want to be able to walk downtown and walk to nice restaurants, its a bad location in a sketchy part of town.

6. Be aware that there is some RXR noise at night, but this is due to its location near the waterfront - still not that bad.

10. I did read a bit about the noise before but figured how bad it could be but once I turned the TV off and went to bed the loud noises kept me up all night.
