1. However, we had too many negative experiences that have convinced us not to go back, regardless of the free night promotion we received (which they changed on us at the last minute and we had to fight for it).

2. Only negative comment was it took awhile to get 'carts' from the front desk (they have activity carts with games, art, etc).

8. What are the negatives? Parking (secure, under the hotel) can be a bit tight if you arrive late on a weekend.

9. The only negative is the staff which screwed up a few things during our stay (room wasn`t ready, 'view room' wasn`t much of a 'view' - they did change it but were pretty snobby about it even though).

Despite my initial impression, I gave this property the full stars for several reasons - free high speed Internet, free underground secured parking, free shuttle into town, free Continental breakfast (do not listen to the negative reviews about the food - cold cereals, juice, breads, loads of fresh fruit and yoghurt were just fine to start the day), and lastly free chocolate chip cookies in the afternoons.
