1. Extremely friendly, helpful desk staff; free shuttle to downtown ( driver extremely helpful with local sites & places to avoid) with drop off right acrossthe street from Norstroms & the metro line .

2. One downsize is that the heating was down to an old-fashioned wall heater/conditioner which was very noisy and clanky - so I avoided turning it on, meaning that I was a bit cold overall.
