1. The hot breakfast bar was discontinued during our recent stay, the toilet paper at the airport was better than what we had in our room, the cable (TV and WiFi) lacked reliable reception, soda machines on at least 2 floors were not working, the card readers in the elevators were out for most of our stay--all thing that indicate to me that there is a lack of attention to detail and a concentrated effort at cost cutting.

4. The only frustration was the lack of inputs on the TVs, so you cannot hook up a Wii or any game system to it.

5. Our room TV lacked any A/V inputs so we couldn`t watch any DVDs or Netflix downloads from our laptop, but since we didn`t get into the room until late both nights, that didn`t really matter to us.
