1. But, the sheets are really stiff and uncomfortable (my only complaint).

4. I don`t always find this level of service at hotels that are more expensive, so it goes a long way when hotel staff are willing to pay that extra attention to guest comforts and complaints.

6. My only complaints are that the tub was pretty small, the breakfast was so-so, and the lights around the vanity were fluorescent and therefore made doing makeup and hair difficult.

7. The Watertown hotel has great bells and whistles, but first let`s look at the basics:* Room size and layout - We had a suite--no complaints there.
