1. Only two things bugged us: we had to call the front desk and have them get engineering to turn off the heating and AC - it could not be done in the room - and it was difficult to change the channels on the TV (a common hotel problem).

7. Not a problem, since the hotel is very quiet in the evenings, which allows us to get to sleep very early.

8. If I had to find something to complain about, maybe the hot tub was about 2 degrees too cold (alas, the 'problems' we had).
