3. There were few negatives, they have a complimentary coffee area that is near the lobby but out of sight of staff to maintain it, so at 7am, which I thought would be earlier than the average person would go there for coffee, the two regular pump pots were dry.

4. Bottom line - in spite of the considerable negatives, my wife and I love the facilities at the Lodge at Koele , especially the fireplace suite and the Great Room, and would return.
