2. I am stating this because I saw some reviews focused on dings on fridge and worn sinks so I asked the age of units( our one burner did not work and was fixed within 1 hour of our call so the maintance crew did impress.

4. We saw three units during our stay and all appeared to have LOTS of deferred maintenance (old appliances, plumbing, stained and worn carpeting, old furniture, etc).
