3. Only complaint of being on the first floor was having to hear the 2nd floor guests walk around like elephants and they'd drag their lanai furniture around instead of pick it up.

The only complaint we could issue about this property is that we bought the surfing lessons from the front office 'sales presentation - an Expedia thing it turns out', and we could have saved a bunch by buying the surfing lessons from the guy down by the beach where you get your beach chairs - go to him - you get a deal that way.

5. We stayed in the very back row of condos right on the parking lot and near the office, but the condo was beautifully appointed with granite kitchen and newer furniture - no complaints.

6. We are pretty cheap travellers, so the only minor complaint is the price is pretty high (for us at least - many others would consider this place a bargain, I'm sure.
