1. We found the condominium dirty, not kept up to date and simply not a good choice for a vacation on Poipu Beach.

2. The carpets were very dirty and needed to be replaced which took away from the unit as overall it was a great location, beautiful views, and rough but not horrible, but the carpets made it look terrible.

4. We had to call twice while we very there, to get someone to come and make the beds, because while we were gone all day, we came home to a dirty place and unmade beds.
