1. I think it is a great value but I would grill the people I am booking with on location and when the unit was updated last as you pay for location, and but you don't pay more for a nicer interior, so let someone else get the outdated units.

2. Paid the Royal Garden price again and got a room that was kind of outdated and with absolutely NO view.

3. We did have an issue with the internet, but a representative from the cable company (contacted by the front desk) promptly fixed the issue (an outdated cable modem) and we had high speed internet for the week.
