The only complaint we could issue about this property is that we bought the surfing lessons from the front office 'sales presentation - an Expedia thing it turns out', and we could have saved a bunch by buying the surfing lessons from the guy down by the beach where you get your beach chairs - go to him - you get a deal that way.

4. This wasn't an issue, but understand that you could find yourself in a fairly contemporary unit, or one that's a little more dated.

8. Road noise was somewhat noticeable from the front bedroom, but how much road noise is there really when the speed limit on the local road is 25 mph? Chickens were present, but not as much of an issue as I expected (there were an occasional few, but they seemed further away from our unit).

The lushly landscaped grounds in particular are stunning - You can easily make do with the restaurants and shopping - all within walking distance - The units are not air conditioned, but this has never been an issue with me since you are so close to the beach - beware of the units right next to the road due to the noise - I usually get an ocean view or partial ocean view and have always been satisfied - Noise has never been a problem (except for the occasional rooster at dawn.
