1. It is a little misleading to refer to itself as a resort as it does lack many of the services one would associate with one.

2. The condo although lacks ac (as do most if not all condos at Kiahuna Plantation) has vaulted ceilings, plantation shutters and multiple fans.

3. I was concerned about the lack of A/C, especially being on the 'hot, dry' side of the island but the temperature without A/C was very comfortable.
