1. We walked into the room, and though the smell wasn't that offensive, the dirtiness of the room was.

2. The manager never responded to my voice mails and I was only allowed to deal with the assistant manager who apparently thought we were friends and make a joke about my name calling me Guadalupe which I find to be offensive.
