1. Based on the amount of bad reviews on here and our experience, I'd be surprised if any form of training was properly provided or kept up to date or if the hotel owner/manager even oversees the hotel personally or just replies on staff communication.

2. On the downside, the front desk staff isn't what I'd call charming, the decor was dated and a little worn, the free wireless internet worked inconsistently, and we didn't have enough towels on the first night.
