However, check in was a breeze (there WAS a problem with our Travelocity payment voucher, but they quickly fixed the problem), the staff were friendly and helpful (although not overtly excited or happy - come on people, they ARE at work), there was no dreaded 'resort fee' that everyone seems to be complaining about (however, the pool WAS closed for renovation - it was so small anyway you probably wouldn't want to go in it - more like a hot tub).

9. Both the lobby and the room were clean, none of the funky odors people have complained about (even in a smoking room, it didn't reek of ashtray).

10. Although the sign said '30 min complimentary internet use', I must have used it about 4 or 5 times for at least 40 minutes and no one complained.
