1. On top of the bedbug horror, the carpets were stained and disgusting, there was previous guests' hair everywhere, cigarette holes in the sheets and bed spread, and the staff was downright nasty and mean.

4. Comforters were disgusting, sheets had brown, blood stains on them, carpets had red stains by the bathroom entrance, hair all over the vanity, old food/candy under the bed AND the bed was broken.
