3. Casino hosts seemed rude and unwelcoming, and upon requesting tickets to Cirque De Soleil at MGM, said they could possibly comp part of it, but didn't.

5. (I promise, I wasn't sarcastic or rude, the staff attitudes were gratuitous) * Possibly has nothing to do with the Aria, but my phone had 5-bars of cell signal plus an active 4G indicator, yet it will NOT make or receive calls from my 3rd floor hotel room.

Inept valet and bell staff start with a comedy of errors and then up-the-ante with a hearty layer of rudeness and a complete unwillingness to deliver anything remotely resembling concern or empathy after a guest reports issues the Aria staff caused and staff seems unwilling to help fix the resulting problem(s).
