1. I was in Vegas to relax, not have to read an instruction manual to figure out how to close my blinds and watch TV 3) In room safe was way too small (its in a drawer) to place more than a few small objects in it 4) In room safe was locked and required a visit by tech service to open before we could use it 5) Batteries on remote went dead (just our bad luck) 6) Internet connection continually dropped while we were connected.

4. The smell of smoke wasn't as bad here as I've smelled in other Vegas hotels, so that was a plus.

5. Did offer us VIP tickets which I paid a bundle for, but the tickets were 3 rows from the back for the front section, not exactly impressive, but not a bad view.

Pros: New hotel, nice view, good 24 hr cafe (Cafe Vettro), like the electric curtains, good buffetCons: Boring casino, unorganized lobby for check-in, a lot of blank walkways, guys posted in casino harassing you to go to their nightclub, hallways are hot and stuffy, breeze restaurant at pool confusing and horrible set-up, taxi stand on other side of building, no ipod docking station, sheets and towels were rough, bed was mushy, dirty part of the strip, no lounges with live music (at least that we could find), worst service ever one night at Cafe Vettro (watch out for Bella), hallways are easy to get lost in (double corridor strange), ridiculously expensive mall hooked on, set far back from strip, overall bad vibe.
