1. We called the manager over and complained about how slow the service was and that we had not had our drinks refilled etc.

2. If I had to complain I would say that the cocktail waitresses on the casino floor sometimes took a little longer than expected to take drink orders, but this was rarely an issue and was probably more me being impatient and thirsty.

9. Several other reviews have complained about water pressure no complaints for us and we have a great power shower at home and to be fair we are not going on holiday to have an amazing shower.
