Inept valet and bell staff start with a comedy of errors and then up-the-ante with a hearty layer of rudeness and a complete unwillingness to deliver anything remotely resembling concern or empathy after a guest reports issues the Aria staff caused and staff seems unwilling to help fix the resulting problem(s).

3. If I had to complain I would say that the cocktail waitresses on the casino floor sometimes took a little longer than expected to take drink orders, but this was rarely an issue and was probably more me being impatient and thirsty.

4. aparently it is quite common and this tells me that the hotel is very aware of the issues with their doors, yet fail to do anything to protect their guests.

5. Had an issue with the air conditioner, and maintenance was up in less than 5 minutes to fix it.

The pools were great, but the lifeguards were t***s, you get told off for splashing & generally enjoying yourself (whilst not annoying any persons nearby) but yet you can drink alcohol out of glass bottles whilst in the pool, H & S not an issue i suppose as long as the resort can sell more booze to the already intoxicated patrons.

7. Everyone except security was superb, especially VIP servicesI would have given 5 stars overall and for service except for the death hold issue to get my stuff back.

8. The only issue I had was I took my bag over to my sisters, as she needed some asprin so i took it over to her room at around 11ish and left my jacket.

10. Having said all that, I realize that no stay is perfect and am actually a really going person, so none of those things were huge issues.
