Check-in was a bit of nightmare as big queues at every desk and staff walking around trying to direct people into the queues, they would be more useful if they opened more counters and put these 'helpers' behind, but that's US, not sure how that works in other hotels, maybe we were there just at the busy time, other than that, can't complain:-).
