4. There's some nice seating out on the pool patio, which means you can relax and sit, but why not do that on the beach? The front porch is better, if you just want to sit at the hotel, but it's painted an unfortunate uber-green, though people watching for Collins Ave is never bad.

5. unfortunately, you have to find parking in a garage, but that is to be expected in South Beach and shouldn't be a negative for the hotel.
