1. I called Orbitz, who called the hotel and tried to fax my confirmation but the receptionist woman delayed/refused to answer the phone claiming she has other customers to attend to.

2. So drink yourself in the mood here first before you go partying on Ocean Drive, it will save you loads of dollars, trust me :)Room cleaning was great aswell, everyday fresh stuff with no delays or anything and the staff certainly speaks good english unlike some other reviews above here.
