1. The only negative I can mention is that the pool is not really a pool, because it's extremely small and does not look nearly as clean - so definitely don't count on it.

4. The only negatives I had from the stay was one day they didnt leave face towels and we couldnt get any till the next day and our tv in our room had some issues but those things were minor and the overall expirience at the president was great thanks to Mei-Ling, Christina and the other staff they were all very nice and accomadating.

6. Unfortunately, you have to find parking in a garage, but that is to be expected in South Beach and shouldn't be a negative for the hotel.
