1. Then the receptionist said 'oh here's your reservation you can check in now, the way you said your name I couldn't understand' she had the worst attitude & could really use some customer service training, she was sooo rude.

7. I asked where the ice machine was, they sent me outside and when I couldn't find it the man at the front desk rudely took me to the back, pointed to it and walked away like I had interupted something important, although he was just reading the paper.
