1. The head housekeeper Meeta and a maintanence guy named Eliza came to inspect the matress and concluded in front of me and my girlfriend and it was noticealy obvious that the bugs were living in the box spring which we saw feces and evidence.

The President Hotel greets you with an updated lobby commensurate with South Beach standards (kinda/sorta??), but the pervasive stench of what must have been bug spray and/or deodorising agents certainly made any time spent in the rustic,un-modern room most unpleasant due to the respiritory distress incurred therein.
