2. I had problems with my car rental and the front desk person (forget his name, but I believe it was a Cuban young man) helped me solve this issue and get to my meeting on time.

3. For some reason the bar was closed the entire time during our 3 night stay, but not really an issue since there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area.

5. Also they dont have a microwave but a kitchen serving food is supposed to be in the works so that will resolve that issue as well.

The only negatives I had from the stay was one day they didnt leave face towels and we couldnt get any till the next day and our tv in our room had some issues but those things were minor and the overall expirience at the president was great thanks to Mei-Ling, Christina and the other staff they were all very nice and accomadating.
