1. Check in was a snap, although they did give us wrong directions to our room we found someone to help us find it pretty easily.

3. Do check your room keys and make sure to ask if they are coded with the proper kind of park ticket, as they are often wrong and you don't discover it until you get to the park gate.

4. Our initial arrival went very badly though, as the check-in person gave us the wrong directions to the elevator, they didn't offer anyone to help us or at least walk us to the elevator, and when I went back to speak to management they were incredibly rude.
